Kunal has over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Institutional Equity Research, and Strategy Consulting. He has previously worked with esteemed organizations such as Amherst Private Equity, Systematix Group, Emkay Global, Total, and Gazprom in India and London.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 100 deals across various sectors, for fundraising, M&A, IPOs, and consulting, in locations such as Mumbai, Dubai, London, Indonesia, and the US. He holds an SMP certification from IIM Calcutta and an MBA in Finance from the University of Liverpool, UK.
Rajesh has over two decades of experience in fundraising and strategic advisory, with a focus on Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Equity Capital Markets. He has held leadership roles at firms such as IIFL Capital, Pantomath Capital, Systematix Group, Singhi Advisors, and GCV Life.
Over his career, he has been involved in more than 100 transactions, mobilizing in excess of ₹1,200 crores for clients. His core sector expertise includes Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare and Consumer industries.
He holds professional qualifications in BMS, MBA, Company Secretary, and LLB.
